3 types of rules in two systems Metric and Imperial. (6 total)
Someone was asking the dimensions of an item already placed in Train Simulator. 
I solved the problem for my own use with these rules, and I hope they will help you. After placing the Shapes, Texture, and ref details into the route, 
(You are working on).
Open the editor and place the Rule you require, (as you would place a normal shape) then manoeuvre it around to where it's required. You will soon get the hang of it.
