Sea View may very well be the most popular fantasy route made for Microsoft Train Simulator. It has a world-wide following, as well as world-wide contributors.
Sea View was originally released in 2002 and has gone through 4 modifications with Sea View 5 being the latest version. Released in January of 2008, SV 5 has out-done itself with a plethora of scenery upgrades, a new signal system, distant mountains, and 4 new islands.
Bill really pushed the envelope of what was possible in the Sim, giving this route detail and effects not normally seen in other routes.

This is just a partial list of the almost 30 islands found in this strange, exotic world. Endless hours of amazement, spectacle, and awe await you if you dare to step into the mind of the Tree Frog.

For those familiar with Sea View there is no Update from SV 4 to SV 5. This version is a complete install due to all the changes that were made. It will not overwrite your existing version.
