I've also added a link at the top of every page, out to the right of the 'User Control Panel' link that will either say 'View unread posts' or 'You have no unread posts', if you've already read all new posts. With the addition of this link you don't have to go back to the main page to find the link to view unread/new posts.

Also don't forget to click on the link that says 'Mark all forums read' to clear all unread posts that you don't have any interest in reading. This will help keep the database running smoother if it doesn't have to keep track of all unread posts for every member. One member had around 1,000 unread posts.

subsilver2 users should see this:

You can now scroll down to the bottom of every page and find the same link as above, again to make it easier to find unread/new posts (Not an option for subsilver2 users).

Also, if you find a post that you'd like to come back to later and not have to worry about finding it again, you now have the option to mark that specific post as unread, so it will be easier to find when you come back to the forum.

When you come back to the forum and want to read the post you marked as unread, just click on any of the links that say 'View unread posts', then click on the little orange icon and it will take you directly to the marked post.
If you click on the topic title it will take you to the first post on that page, but the icon will take you straight to your marked post.
