RT2 on Vista?!?

just a quick question here coming from the RT3 issue.... does RT2 (Platinum with the lastest patch, I think the 1.56 from 2001) run on Vista?!?

Downloaded it through Steam, and it installed and ran fine on the Vista box with an NVidia graphics card. Not even a whimper.
