Keep game on "Pause" after Ledger?

I know it's late in the development phase for the new patch, but would it be possible to prevent the game from going off "Pause" after the Ledger is displayed at the beginning of the year? It's a pain in the arse to try and repause the game after the Ledger is displayed. Seems like it should be a simple thing to fix. Newspapers and dialogs keep the same game speed after viewing, so can the same be made to apply to the Ledger?

Actually, the Ledger already has the same behavior as newspapers and dialogs. It just seems as if it doesn't if you're playing a scenario with a bunch of end-of-year dialogs.

run
Dialog 1 (pause)
Newspaper (pause)
Dialog 2 (pause)
Ledger (pause)
run Wait!


Modifying the game to stay paused after a Ledger view in single-player mode isn't terribly difficult, but it might upset the guys who play with the clock running. I'll post a poll in the main area.
