I would say, in that case, he's probably retired from United Parcel Service or Underdogs Promoting Socialism. I kinda' doubt he's a retired Uninterrupted Power Supply.

UPS delivers in GB. You should have seen them at some point. Big brown trucks and planes. They're actually world wide.

You are correct. It's Garber! But he doesn't like pineapple anymore, he has stepped up to pumpernickle and onion pretzels. Go figure!
