Can any one can tell me where is the button for me to add a city on the map? I can't find it and I need it for my map creation.

Go to add building in the editor, then scroll up in the window. Add City and Add Label will be there.

Sorry, but I still can't find it. Can you provide some photo for me to have a look? I'm using a Chinese version.

This is the same button you use to add stations in the normal game.
