Any way, I made a mistake and played the Expert level. Didn't have any problems with the programming.
I did manage to get the 3 cities Adelaide, SNY, and MEL connected and was indicated in the end of year ledger.
My haul of Clothing was 265, which should have entitled me to at least a BZ, but was booted down the track.
The only item which was indicated for the Gold, was being free of debt. I did have $1M in outstanding bonds, but didn't believe that would be a problem for the BZ or Silver. But I could be wrong.
Great Scenario with good challenges.
