Monthly Multiplayer Match

I've been absent from Railroad Tycoon 3 for quite some time. Just before Molse closed his site, I began getting back into the game, though, and have even started designing a few new maps. I am also wrapping up several older ones that I never finished before retiring from the community in early 2007. Expect to see new stuff from me in the next couple of days, as I finalize designs.

I look forward to checking out all the new stuff that has been posted here in the meantime, too - especially "Trainmaster", which looks exciting.

But where are the multiplayer matches? I really enjoy those, and even in 2007, there wasn't enough of a chance to play in MP. It would be great if the community that still plays this game started reviving this exciting aspect of the game. If we managed to find a monthly time-slot, I am sure we would get a critical mass of players. Also, if we make these matches part of the H&B forum community, we could post results here, for bragging rights.

I am willing to host these games. My suggestion for a first time is Sunday, June 19th, 8pm Greenwich (noon Pacific, 3pm Eastern, 9pm Continental).

Please post here if you're interested, or send me a pm. While I would like to try out my newest map in MP, I am willing to entertain other suggestions.

The platform of choice for me would be patch 1.06.

Thank you for the enthusiastic 'welcome-back', guys! It is very nice to revisit these parts. I just hope my future productions will live up to these expectation! Or that at least you will not slaughter me, if they do not.
