WHAT DO THESE FILES DO?

In the RT3 game world, whenever you look at a particular building, you can hear the sounds that its occupants or operations are making. These files will enable you to have more authentic sounds on particular maps.

Church-bells are not exactly Middle-Eastern.
Using these files, you will instead hear a
muezzin's call to prayer and there'll be bazaar
noises coming from the station and restaurant.		 Tortuga Island Sounds

If you install these sound files, you will
hear the tourists partying and the
Spanish-speaking population going
about their day-to-day activities.
