i went ahead and did the c to c and updated with the zip you sent me ned, worked, c to c works and loads finally. installing the tm with the autoinstaller right now.

play roller coaster tycoon with the wild and soaked expansion packs and see how your pc runs when you have 4-5,000 people and 15-20 rollercoasters and waterfalls and 90% of the available rides running, it is really bad

well i have officially given up on the "official" and "official unofficial" patches. read about others that had similar issues that i am having in different aras of the forum, some did get their issues resolved others there were no confirmation so who knows. thanks for the help, ...
