Re: Menus, Menus Everywhere
Personally, I think that a drop-down menu would really streamline the front page and open up a lot of space. Just my on the subject.

Agreed, 1701 AD is a great little game. I love those "colony builder" games, and it seems like 1701 improved a lot over its predecessors (I've only played 1602 AD, the first game in the series, but not 1503 AD, the second)

Re: Coming up: "Bush v. Gore"
Miami to Seattle would probably be just as difficult as NYC to LA. You could also base them off the routes of the three great "Pacific" railroads (Union Pacific, Southern Pacific, and Northern Pacific). Of course, those only went across from the midwest, but I'm sure those routes could be ...

That's one great thing I've found about RT3, if you leave it for a while, you'll always come back to it and enjoy it just as much.

Re: Borduria After the War
Well, I'm honestly stumped. **!!!** I wish I knew how to fix these problems, as they have been plaguing this scenario since it was released, and I hate to leave these maps with the bugs left in them. I don't know if there's anyone out there who has any ideas, but I would very much appreciate some he...

Re: Do you place misc buildings?
It always depends for me as well. I typically don't, as I mainly focus on building up my rail network unless industry profits is a scenario goal. I just let the industry spawn on its own and go from there.

My first Railroad Tycoon experience was with Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum, and Mad King was always one of my favorite scenarios to play.

Re: Building Placement
I've seen this in a couple games, so I think it's just a quirk in the game. It happens in particular when you try to build a large station in a mountainous area. The ground rises up to level the surface, but from certain angles it looks like the station hangs over the edge of a cliff. Since the fort...
