Rail Mogul forum for RM crews only??
I've just NOTICED That there is another 'homegrown' Railroad Tycoon 'spiritual successor' game here meow~ named (called Rail Mogul) and it appears that the game will include all favorite features from RT3 and add some new ones (based on the crew experience with both gaming and real railroading). I'm...

Re: New American Locomotives.
Here are the new Cowboy Engines for Trainmaster. These are just for testing and they will be included in a loco pack I am working on to add a few new engines. This has the old American renamed to Standard 4-4-0 and the new loco coming in 1870 as an American 4-4-0, which is when then mae 'Amercian' ...

Re: Riding an Abandoned Railroad
Good link. It's great that abandoned rails are still being used. !*th_up*! I like how many locals use the rail line as extra pasture for their animals. A good adventure, would be lots of fun to do. This is a more popular video, but thought I would post it here anyway, just in case. These are the ga...

Re: Greatest RR company.
My 'greatest' lists (excluding government owned corporates because many of them sucks!) 1. Union Pacific: Over 150 years strong. also known to pioneer new classes of locomotives (Two of them also exists in Railroad Tycoon 3--The Challenger and the Big Boy) and is the only railroad in the world to us...

Re: Hawk & Badger RR
H&B lives in the Georgia. USA The Railroad shown here appears to be in UK. the trainset itself is distictively british. IF there will be 'Hawk' and 'Badger' in the US shortline railroad 1. Hawk should be Mallet. favorably the 2-4-4-2 and might be tank engine 2. Badger should be Mogul or Ten Whee...

Why Union Pacific choose to run its turbines regularly between Odgen, Utah and Echo (??) i.e. through Wasatch mountain/Echo canyon, but not consider assigning any Turbines in blue canyon region of Oregon?

Back to the real 'unusual' locomotives http://www.trainnet.org/Libraries/Lib002/CP8460.JPG ^ This thing appears to be road switcher not usually seen anywhere else. low round nose. most engine of this kind has bigger edgy noses like either EMD GP7 or GE Universal series http://www.trainweb.org/csxpho...

^ Naked Mallard. This shows us that Mallard is streamlined from start, not shrouded like many steamliners found in the USA and elsewhere. Interesting enough, even with series of advanced steam techs installed. Mallards don't come with Belpaire firebox, regardless that this engine should have one bec...

WITHOUT any know...
