Let's see it take on K2 or Mt Everest ... Straight up and then straight down into a fire ball.

AROP ?
Hawk, have you heard anything from AROP in the last year? I hope he is doing well.
I have been playing AROP's Atlantic, Ohio & Missisippi and I found a few problems with it.

LOL ! RoR, we have a different philosophy re game dymanics. I'm the SLIMY RR TYCOON who'll stop at nothing to make a profit. I have my GOONS scouring the country looking for existing high profit industries that I can either take over or UNDERCUT. Why hell I've even been known to start an industry hu...

Re: Rainy Days in British North America
I just tried this one again, had a decent start -- 8 coals which quickly mushroomed to 12, decent lumber mill in Montreal, but the textile mill there was already priced at over $2 million at game start. If the Textile Mill was upgraded $2M is a good price ... IF not then look to where the wool/cott...

Re: Atlantic, Ohio & Missisippi
AROP, I looked at the GOLD/Silver/Bronze conditions. If you select to go for SUPER GOLD and don't make it before 1935 the game will trigger a SILVER WIN . You made a choice when winning GOLD but GV1 is not tested in Silver or Bronze like I think you meant to do. GOLD: EFFECTS: Choice 2 (Go for SUPER...

I'm playing Reconstruction ATM and the Warehouse in * To East Coast has NO demand for Steel and I selected the Steel Challenge as I own the Steel Mill at Birmingham and the Iron and Coal mines. So here I am running full trains to * To East Coast and not getting a red cent. I went into the EDITOR and...

Re: RT3 V1.07 Patch ideas
Is RT3 still in copyright protection? If not then a decompiler should do the trick. ( wrote one, in BASIC, for the Atari 800/6502 many moons ago and Atari used it to win a suit against a copycat game developer ... their "NEW" game was a knock off of Centipedes called Millipedes. (BTW I was...

Re: Is there a CHART that tell when items become available?
I believe that you need to have the track-laying cursor actually over the water you are attempting to cross to get the "Invalid Position Over Water (Suspension Bridges Unavailable)" message in the first place. Either way, if you get that message, you should also get the notice I posted. Y...

Re: RT3 V1.07 Patch ideas
I see you mentioned a few things about the AI. Well, a minor thing I would like to see, and something that I am not sure why it wasn't done (it may have been too hard, but I don't know) in the 1.06 patch is to force the AI to always build large stations. Of course, the AI could do with a complete o...

Re: RT3 V1.07 Patch ideas
You do realise that the stuff you want to code has been defeating skilled coders for years now? I'm a self taught programmer ... 8/16 bit processors mostly in assemble. I had to figure out a whole bunch of crap to get the jobs done. I've always used the thought: "Where there's a will there's a...

I think .... oh-oh watch out! That I played a game where you had to build industries to get the demand up to make a profit.

ROR, I completely missed that info alert ... Maybe I'll see it now that I've had a nap. Nope! It just shows the cost to the coast line ... I'm playing BNA and was trying to cross between Nova Scotia and Newfoundland . And how do you select buying a regular steel bridge instead of a suspension...

The AI buy/sell on Start-of-Month and so do all of your OVERHEAD adjustments.
It's just coincidence that you SEEM to see them as being connected to AI moves.

I'm playing a game which requires the generation of 10,000 GWh of electricity. The game provides plenty of COAL but the POWER PLANTS are all running in the RED>
