I deleted the steam local files, then deleted the left over files, re-installed it and it worked :)

Hey guys, Been playing RRT3 on an old XP PC but now I'm investigating how to do it on windows 10 as Steam will no longer work in XP, I have found several work arounds for most of the legacy games I play BUT this is the only place I can find clear information about getting RRT3 working, only problem ...
