Re: Age Of Steam IV-Blue Streak For Your Comment and Review

Gave this map a go about a few weeks ago, and all I can say is that this one of the toughest scenarios I have ever played. I must have tried at least a dozen times (over the past few weeks) before getting the first part of the game right. But once, you get the first part right and obtain access to t...

Review of Age of Steam III-Big Valley

Played this one a couple of months back; my apologies for posting a review this late. This has to be one of the better scenarios out there. Everything about it was just right—the terrain, resource placement, the goals, etc. My only complaint was that the map could have been a bit bigger (but I guess...

Re: Review Of Age Of Steam II-Green Diamond

Sorry for another necro. Had a go at this one too. Definitely one of the more interesting scenarios out there. I got gold on medium with ten years to spare, but had to work at it. Re: Age of Steam

Sorry for "necroing" an old thread, but I gave Age of Steam I a run a few days ago. Simply put, I was blown away. The best part about this scenario is that it makes you fall in love with steam engines (I know I did); few games, let alone expansion scenarios, have that effect on you. Hats o...

Re: Texas II

I tried this scenario a couple of weeks ago. And I rather enjoyed it. Hit gold in medium with ease, but had to think through the entire time. I love creating an oil economy and a steel economy; this scenario allows both and as such, is one of my more favorite ones. As for complaints, I have none exc...

Newbie Questions

Hi I'm really sorry if this is inappropriate or anything; it is just that I tried looking for answers but am getting further confused. Firstly, I would like to thank the people who helped create the 1.06 patch (Milo and the gang); you guys have made this game much more enjoyable. Okay, now for my qu...
