I'll try to help as well but I feel I've only barely scraped the side of what the editor to do.
There are people on here who can build really complex events, but yet seem to be keeping their heads down for some reason. ^**lylgh

Regarding the appearance (or not) of the railyard structures in converted maps, I didn't mention it as I don't know why they appear of not. As I pointed out in thehub thread/s in TheHub1 they didn't mak the transfer but they did in thehub2. Yet both those scenarios were created from the self-same RR...

Seems for me I'll set everything the way I want and then go to hit exit but instead it things I hit whatever the button is above exit.. All industry on or all off. So after doing that repeatedly to myself I think I've finally caught on to just change to a different part of the editor like the event...

Perhaps the way to look at is to assume that the food and clothing is supply by the army, from their own supplies, but that the booze is bought onto camp by others for when the soliders are off duty.

On the other hand, we may just be taking this all a touch too seriously. ^**lylgh

Welcome to the forum.Ribblehead As Hawk said above, you may not have forgotten the original maps but we've a lot more here to test out your skills, up to and including the Trainmaster for which there are some pesky maps to complete with a much more complicated production tree/s. The agi-communities do look confusing at first glance but once you get used to them they are a lot of fun to work with, as they give a much bigger balance of the basic things available in TM.

As for being complicated... well TM is noted as being the 'expert' version of RRT3... ^**lylgh

Although the option "Disable Building Hotel/RailYardStructures" is NOT disabled in the "special conditions" folder, the Rail Yard Structures are not offered to be built on this map. Please, tell me why... :?: They need to have an "X mark" in the Industries list in the ...

To match the goals for troops, autos and missiles, I used my well-improved “ping pong system”. :idea: I like this map very much, but I think it´s too easy as long as you can buy the Gold Coast Ports. The answer to the second question, in the way I read it is probably "No". You can't set up a train to take any cargo but the one, or two, that you want to keep there. You are limited, as Hawk says, to just telling the train what to load, but you can't tell it what NOT to load. PS: welcome,...
