Hmm, i think that warehouses ruined game. I started with several warehouses(i think it is number 4, supply with meat) and after that built 10-15 creameries. When i reached 30M profit per year it was GG. I had 3 trains in the end... After 21 year got gold. Too many farms... Map is too easy...

Nice scenario. First few years i just focused on building meat packing, cereal companies, flour mill, paper mill, creamery, hemp and corn plantation near almost every farm... Main problem later was how to spend the money...

I like to listen ''Ayreon'' when i'm playing RRT 3... Also and Kamelot, Hammerfall, Lost Horizon, Katatonia or In Flames..

My tactic is to build 7-8 Sea world, one to another (production of 1 waste per year) and then to sell them. Near them i build 2 reclamation facility and get good amount of bauxite, iron, pulp and sand... I usually have 2 or 3 ''sea towns''.

Price of machinery is 200$, price of 2 coal from Strip mine is 60$... I dont see economy logic here.
