Plastics Factory and Plastic cargo
Has anyone else noticed that Plastic cargo appears in 1935 and Plastics Factories can not be build until 1945? Is this a bug or an intentional design decision? I have updated the plastics factory BCA file to use the 1935 start date. I'll make it available if there is interest in this adjusted file. ...
