Re: Flynn's Coast

Thanks for this map! Did it just now with great fun in 37 years. Would be nice to have more such maps, where you (only) have to reach a CBV and/or hauling goal and first of all can enjoy to lay tracks and run trains. Finally, RT3 was designed to have fun … isn't it?

Re: Railway Empire

Only at the end of last year I became aware of this game. And after a few minutes of playing I was excited! I bought all DLCs and mostly play in free mode.

But it's also really fun to just sit on a running locomotive and to view the passing area.

Re: The Alpstein

You only have to build some hotels and restaurants near the lake - and also in the near cities … and than be patient. (0!!0)

Re: The Alpstein

Thanks for the hints. I will (not immediately) check the incorrect event and maybe look for possible improvements. But: You should not take the map too seriously, because it is only meant to be fun. If you look at the enclosed pictures, you can see immediately that the construction of track-bound ra...

Re: Endowing hawkdawg?

Oh yes-it would be extremely desirable if this forum would stay alive for a very long time. With my over 68 years, of course, it makes no sense to compete for this job and so I hope that a younger RT3 enthusiat will sign up and - to out delight - is ready and allowed to tread in hawks footsteps.

Re: Groenlandia

Sorry! I guess I woke up a sleeping dog (but didn't have a match while searching the forum for "Groenlandia"). !hairpull!

So, consider this map as a variant for the less experienced player.

Groenlandia

Groenlandia means Greenland! Unfortunately, I don't know who created this (north american) map, and also I do no more know from where I had it downloaded some years ago. In the original map, the win conditions were not properly set, so I had to adjust them to make the map playable. With respect to t...

Re: Philippines for 1.06

Just downloaded this map and used the editor to check for special conditions. No offence but I must say that the introducing text and the win conditions do not correspond. Bronze: text requires 25 cities, event checks for 20 cities Silver: text requires 30 cities, event checks for 31 cities Gold: te...

Yes - it is really terrible to build a track up to the Säntis.
No wonder that they never did this job! ^**lylgh

The Alpstein

An old wish has been fulfilled! Sugus has created a RT3 map concerning the Alpstein. The Alpstein is a small mountain range in northeastern Switzerland. Especially as a hiking area, it is a popular excursion destination and the predestined peak is the SÄNTIS! By 1912 until 1939 existed a company cal...

Yes- I agree! "I have to find MY way to master this map!" seems to be our play style.

Re: Gotthardbahn (BETA)

Gave this beta a try just now. Started by connecting Como, Chiasso and Varese, which resulted in some earnings in the first years. Tried to do the same in the north around Zürich, but with no real success. The trains run mostly empty and beginning in 1874 with an addtitonal depression, the only colo...

Re: New map for rrt3: RAVONIA

Due to I've tried this twice, and am up to 1896. It simply isn't possible to connect all cities by then!!!!? I played this map once more today (on normal) and got the golden medal at end of 1923 with CBV of $615 million, LIP of $583 million and PNW of $175 million. The start up so far: - bought a di...

So do I. No idea! All I know is that "my" IP address has changed. It is very likely that this is a common or shared address, so that any one of the participants can punish a whole group by "tasting of forbidden fruits". Anyway - let's hope for the best. :salute:

USA reopened the door for Sugus

After having been blocked from accessing this great forum for a long, long time it yet seems that the blockade has been overcome. This means that I now has to catch up the missed half year by reading, reading and reading. Nevertheless, great to finally be back again! ::!**!
