Love and Sympathy to Hawk and Badger Unread post

It's been mentioned in some threads but maybe you haven't read them. Debbie's father died recently after being ill and it's been a sad time for them. Love and sympathy, thoughts and prayers to you from us all.

I'll just add my humble "Amen" to that.

I'll ditto whats been said.

All of our parents have long ago passed on;
But, it is still easy to remember times with them,
as if it was yesterday, lighting up some fond memories.
Every now and then, we pull out some of our old memorabilia.
Which in a way makes them seem even nearer as if they are still close by.
We believe they all went to a better place and and can choose to still watch over us.
All we have to do is think about the good and even bad times we may have had with them;
To bring them near, so they may see what good we do for others and to know and to be proud.

Ed
I'm sorry to hear about Debbie's father. Please let her know that she is in my and Sue's prayers, as are you.
I'm also sorry that I didn't find out sooner. I've been sort of tied up myself.
You know if there is ANYTHING you need, all you have to do is let me know.

I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. We could use all the karma y'all can muster. {,0,}
She also lost a sister the very week before.

As hard as Debbie's dad's passing was, she now has to deal with executrix-ship of the will. :roll: This is going to be fun (he mumbles with a hint of sarcasm).

I'm sorry for your loss. :-(

A buddy of mine came home from work today to find that his father had passed away (they share digs.) He didn't even get a chance to say goodbye.
