I will have to watch this one - it's by the guy who lead the civ v team. Looks like civ V, but it will be a war game. Hmm, 1 year away. $80 to be an Alpha, $40 beta or $25 to be a Gamma tester. (All early buyers are testers)
I wonder if he ever played RT3? But, maybe there's someone like him out there who loves RT. $40,000 for a PC game seems rather low. But, it is being developed for his new company.
