I've been playing "The Movies" a LOT lately. ( Peter Molyneux, Lionhead Studios, Activision) You can make your own movies while playing a sim-like movie studio in tycoon fashion. It's worth the time to at least check out some of the movies other players have created on "The Movies" website.

I'm hoping to be adding my own creation to the mix soon, but haven't yet.

FINALLY finished Age of Mythology basic (32 something scenarios) and The Titans Expansion (12 more). I'm back to RRTIII starting from the begining (Go West). I only got almost through the second museum room anyway.

All my medals are gone, and even though I know how to put them back, I think three years is long enough to make them all feel like new maps. Besides, maybe I won't have to settle for Silver or Bronze like I did on a few.

This should not take more than the rest of the year, all next year at most. (I play on SLOWEST speed.)

Railroad tycoon 3 and SMR
C&C 3, Silent Hunter IV (Wolves of the Pacific)
Civ 4 Beyond the Sword
Dungeons and Dragons Online

Silent Hunter can be played at various reality settings. Easy so you have a chance or maxed out. Maxed out you better be a WWII submarine skipper. One of the requirements is one gig of ram. Suggested is two gigs. The graphics are quite good.

These I used to play or play seldom.

I found Farcry to be awesome.
Blitzkrieg I was good. II is unplayable.
I still load C&C Tiberium Sun every now and then.
Every version of Baulder's Gate. A long time ago on that one.

RRT3 (Just installed)
Civilization IV (Warlords & BTS)
Emperor:Rise of the Middle Kingdom
Caesar IV
Steel Panthers: World at War
Hearts of Iron 2:Anthology

I usually go back & forth between games depending on when I burn out on one. I remember playing the original RRT and wasting tons of hours with it. I played RRT2 on the Playstation (which was horrible). Never played it on the PC.

I really like city builders (E:RotMK & Caesar IV). SP:WAW is an old freeware wargame which still has a very active MOD & gaming community.

I think I'll be playing RRT3 now that I find this site. All the new maps & engines should keep it fresh.
