I've just played Astoria on normal, got most of the bonus and won Gold in 1920. Nice map, arop!
Nevertheless, the event 'chemicals', which places some chemical plants, presents to the player a completely wrong text!

There should be no text to this event at all. Must have happened when I copied another event. Attached to this answer you'll have my latest version. + means, that vinyards, grain elevator, stockyard and some other new buildings are added.
