It's mostly done, I stopped when I got RT3 and I'm much more happy with what I can do there. It's San Diego county from Tijuana, Mexico to Oceanside, CA, and as far east as Alpine, CA.
It's squarish due to RT2's antiquated import system, and the streets I laid out were ugly. It was my first venture into game editors since I had a 486 DND game @_@ Oh and I tried to use metra. You will probably want to edit my map before using it.
No further updates will be made to that map.

It is a shame that you do not complete this scenario, as there are still persons who enjoy playing RRT2 scenarios. Not that I don't realize your endeavor to get into the new RRT3 program with your creations. So, good luck with your future imagination.
