New RRT2 TSC Map at the Terminal

"Chicago's Railroads" This is another found re-make map where you build AI railroads
(maybe 20 or 30 of them) to feed cargo to your railroad.
The Limited track delays the AIs from building their railroad, giving you a chance to put the AI where you want it.

A builders map with Company Book Value and highest in class the only goals. There is more information at the Terminal.
