Re-skin Help

Does anybody know how to get re-skins to work in Railroad Tycoon 3?

Many come with readme files that explain where to place the files.

Example the GP7 re-skin:
Installation: simply put the GP7_Frisco.PK4 file into the \Data\UserExtraContent folder
Alternatively, they can also be put into the \Data\PopTopExtraContent folder.

If there is no readme with the file, try putting it in the userextracontent folder.

Have you installed the Coast to Coast expansion? I think the re-skinning utility was included in that version.
