Program error message

I reciently downloaded the RAR file for the FP45 engine updates from Tim Gabel. Like a dummy I didn't read the 'read me' file which states "back up the FP45L files before installing" and sure enough it gave the program error message that it couldn't find the file. OK I thought I'll just delete the program and re-install, nope that doesn't work as I now get a program error that says: OpenPIMipmapChain: Unable to locate a valid DDC,JPG or TGA
file for 'TextureForTests' Uhhhh what now!! have re-installed several times and get the same message.
I'm stumped!
