RT3, Win 7 Error messages

RT3, Win 7 Error messages Unread post

This is what i've got after i've installed the game (and i've done it properly, with all patches installed) then added a huge loads of locomotives .. including the revamped 2-6-4t suburban. and added Bigboy truck fix. also installed Vista fix (my OS is Win7) yet i've got this error when game starts.

What' s wrong? can you tell me what caused this problems?? and solutions please :)
