Was Stephenson's Rocket included in a Special Edition?

Was Stephenson's Rocket included in a Special Edition? Unread post

I use to have Railroad Tycoon 3 as updated to 1.3. I bought it from Target as a single CD in a CD case. Now, I swear it had the Rocket, and I also swear I read somewhere that the Rocket was only in certain editions. Now I bough a new disc off Amazon because the old one crashes, and this one was the original release, and it does not include the Rocket. Any information?

I'm playing 1.06.
The Stephenson's ROCKET doesn't show, but check my European Logos2 (coming right up) and it has a portrait, bio and beauty shot.
Same thing for his french twin Marc Seguin.
