SD90 & DD40 problem

Hello, I'm new here and have a question about the CSX & NS SD90 & UP DD40 Reskins on the Hawk and Badger site. I downloaded both and put the PK4 files in the UserExtraContent folder but they won't come up in RT3. Anyone know the problem? This help would be very much appreciated.

RT3 won't read PK4s in \UserExtraContent, only loose files. Try putting them in \PopTopExtraContent or \3D

Putting them in PopTopExtraContent didn't work either. But I will try 3D. Thanks!

UPDATE- they won't show up in any of the 3 folders i've tried all of them. thanks again

Are there .car and .lco files that need to go in the "Engine Types" folder?

Nope When I downloaded them they just had PK4 files

I have no idea what the problem is, but I have pk4's that work in the \2D, \PopTopExtraContent, and \UserExtraContent folders
