Have had a few years away from RT3 and with old age my memories going!
Have every user scenario there is but cant remember how to play them! Give us a hint!!!!

Good to see you back and not much worse for the passing of time.
You mean where to put the scenarios? Do you know where your game folder titled Railroad Tycoon 3 is? That location will vary depending on how you installed the game and the source, steam/disk/GoG/etc.. Then in the game folder find the one called "maps." Put scenarios in there.
