A Cup of Tea, Anyone? Unread post

Hi all - I made some tea before, and there's still plenty more to go around. Help yourself!
Image

Alright, so ... just who am I, and why am I invading this forum?
  • I like to customise my computers and games and programs and my life and my tea.
  • I like trains! My father was a FreightRail driver for sixteen years here in good old NSW, Australia ... then he moved on to the passenger game for CityRail.
  • Something to do. I am currently halfway into my two-month uni break (I study design ... the visual communications kind).
I am more a photographer than a programmer (my gallery is http://aaronbradford.deviantart.com/gallery ... shameless advertising :D ), but I have designed simple websites (here is the second-last one I designed, just a mock-up that doesn't have anything on it) and I plan to make a map or three for RT3.

Oh, that reminds me ... yeah, I play RT3 pretty much exclusively. I started on RT2, picking it up for $10 at Officeworks in the heat and humudity of Queensland, before buying RT3 on eBay when I moved back to NSW.I want to try some others such as MS Train Simulator, but my priorities at the moment are (a) surviving, (b) learning, (c) photographing, (d) photographing some more, and then (e) getting MS Flight Simulator X. Yes, Flight Simulator. I love my planes. In fact ... I love trains, I love planes, I like my boats, but I don't give a rat's second aunt's whiskers about cars.

AND I JUST NOTICED, you guys have a Firefox love emoticon! Awesomeness! !!ff!! Now I know that this is the place to be.

Welcome aboard. I do drink Tea, but I am more of a coffee drinker. I like my dark roast coffee with lots of rich flavour.

I like the smell of coffee, just not the taste ... I have no clue why.

Probably the kind of coffee. Some of it is pretty bad, but once you acquire the taste, and the right beans, it's a personal preference.

Tea, Yea.

I looked through your pictures for a train's page.
I found 9 trains or train related pictures in different places.
I bet you have more.

How many shots do you take compared to the number you have in your gallery?

Welcome aboard. !*th_up*!

Hehehe, I have a lot more, but I tend to upload only the best. I might make use of my Flickr account for the uploading of train photos in the future. Thanks for the warm welcome!

I agree that everything should stop for a cup of tea. It is my favorite beverage. But I guess the US has had a thing about tea ever since the Boston Tea Party. I am just glad that Captain Lipton decided to start a business importing tea back into the states. Hence we have the Lipton Tea Company!
