This is what I deserve for spending only five minutes on the utility... Found a bug in the code that detects if an error happens during the patch phase. Occasionally it thinks something went wrong, aborts the write, and bingo! no output file. I'll have to upload a new version.

Fixed version of the clrcheat utility is posted on the extras page. I think I forgot to tell Hawk I'd updated the thing. Sorry for the delay!
