As the military was tracking Santa someone pushed the wrong putton !!! Santa shot down over Canada. Reindeer were able to land safely. Santa suffers a bruised ego. Ottawa experiencing a rain of gifts, sleet and snow. Kids are comlaining that the gifts aren't falling under their X-mass trees in their homes. Elves started popping up all over Ottawa and the surrounding suburbs ... more to come on this disaster.
