Sorry, I'm not setup to make a video right now. I'm guessing that English isn't easy for you. Don't worry.

Simplest way to install Trainmaster requires:
- working Railroad Tycoon 3 (1.05) install, (most sources have Coast to Coast pack already, to check, look for the scenario "Alternate USA")
- Trainmaster V-1.0 MSI Installer - 126.61 MB from this page: http://hawkdawg.com/rrt/rrt3/TM/

Copy entire Railroad Tycoon 3 folder, name that "Trainmaster."

Double click on the Trainmaster_1_1.zip file you dowloaded.

Move the installer named "tmaddone" into the folder you just created.

Run "tmaddone". When prompted change Destination Folder to the correct location.

Did you install RT3 outside of the program files directory?

rayene, I don't know why this isn't working for you. That's all I need to do. As Blackhawk said, perhaps it's an issue with permission on the computer (don't install in the default Program Files directory) or could be that install/run needs to be done as admin?

Also, which map are you trying to play? Best to have one made for Trainmaster. Try this one: http://hawkdawg.com/forums/viewtopic.ph ... 021#p41791.
