Ned, can you alter the editor? Or is it hard-wired or whatever the proper word is? I've noticed that on all versions of RT including TM, only one of the information screens is scrollable. This one:
I've marked the place where you can scroll the information. This doesn't happen with the other screens and it would be very useful if they could be made the same.

If it can be done, it would be in the *.win file associated with it. Same for the municipal buildings I suspect. I will see what I can do. Still working on the Wayzgoose Pbublishing House building.
