Industrial Assembly Line + Electronics Factory

Just me with yet another question/observation:

Is the start date for the industrial assembly line and electronics factory supposed to 1890 or 1900? In the supply guide it says 1890 next to them, but during a game the "cargo recipes" on the industry don't appear until 1900.

I haven't yet updated to the TM 1.1 version. And I don't think I missed any other update along the line or an updated supply chain guide pdf file.

Both are correct, it turns out that the cargo was set for 1900. I have made electronics avaialbe in 1890 now, and when I make the 1.2 patch I will include the corrected cargo.
