Is this a Bug?

I get this screen when loading a saved scenario.
Is this a bug?

Why didn't you just save that screenshot as a jpg and attach it instead of zipping up a png file, like this?

The difference between a the png and the jpg is about 10 times the size.

png = 344 KB

jpg = 34 KB

Yeah, whatever...
But I DO get this screen in the game, Nothing to with PNG or JPG.
My question is still pertinent: Why does the menu overlaps like that?

BTW, is it better to post JPG better than PNG?

PNG is usually of better quality, but when posting things on the internet JPG is better as it is a smaller file and loads faster and is less data transferred from the server.

As for the overlap. That's normal in TM. The window opens up at the same location/height as in RT3 and 1.06. But in those versions the words Railroad Tycoon 3 written at the top. In TM there is the picture first than Trainmaster written below it. When the load scenario menu pops up in RT3/1.06 it perfectly covers up the Coast To Coast wording, whereas, in TM the Trainmaster wording isn't fully covered up. It's not so much a bug as it is just a graphical oversight or insignificance that it wasn't thought much of when TM was created.

Well, I did well posting this post. I learned that 1) you can upload images without zipping them. 2) The difference betwix JPG and PNG.
