Here are a couple of options for dealing with the new onset of DST. I run Win '98 on our lab computers, and MS has decided to not support this OS (as well as Win ME) with fixes for the new timing of DST.
1. Set your clock manually and disable the "automatically adjust clock for DST". That way you won't have to reset it the first week in April.
2. Download and install the free "Dimension 4" program. It will automatically connect to a site and set the clock accordingly. The program can be found at:
