Hi guys,
Got a problem I can't seem to resolve.
I've just installed a new C:\ hard drive and it works like a pro. No issues there BUT, my external hard drive can't be accessed anymore.
XP says it found new hardware, installed it, and it's up and running fine. I've checked it in Device Manager and it's there and working.
Problem is, it isn't in My Computer nor can I personally access it to use it.
I've tried rebooting and even shutting the whole system down but to no avail.
How do I get Windows to show it to me (Icon) so I can use it again???
Thanks,
External hard drive woes

Re: External hard drive woes
Update,
I got it, guys. I had to 'activate' it and assign it a drive letter before it'd work.
