Modern Heart of Africa has the easiest tasks, but has some story type of events corruption, military coup, etc. (I don't recall clearly the best path). If you look in the events the challenge of that one will be greatly reduced. The other two are basically, same map, with a lot more for you to do. Definitely all worth a play IMO.
