I ran a search on "East Coast USA" with no postings. And a couple of other options of search, I scrolled thru 3 dozen postings with similar "wording", but no East Coast USA
Being of the older sceanrios, I would have believed that there would have been a thread. Anyway, I will hope that this will be the original.
This scenario is a very easy beginner level creation. A lot of fun play, but in the Expert level of the 25 year deadline, I managed the GOLD in 18 years. Maybe I just played it too aggressively, but being a scenario in the 1800s, a player runs a lot of Planet engines. The 3 AIs were operative, but not overly aggressive, making it some what easy to attain cities, even those of which were already served by them.
Although I just enjoy "playing", I also like the tempo of scenarios which a player is operating those early engines. They don't move very far fast, so is a relaxed play.
So, for a more relaxed play, I recommend players to enjoy this scenario.
