I had not realised that the buildings did so much. Now I have tried out how they work, I need to play a scenario where you need to accumulate lots of cargo loads.
The empty warehouses were in Tex-Mex, I think.

First, thanks to everyone who has developed these improvements to RT3. I am enjoying a return to the game. What are the empty warehouses for? Is it possible to store goods for pick up by another train? Certainly in British practice, this would replicate marshalling yards with their trip freights. Ma...

After struggling to install the game under Windows 7, I tried some of the tips here. Install from CD, 'Disable hardware T&L', patch 1.05. Then had a great evening playing RT3 for the first time in ages. Now, tonight, however I try to start the game, it crashes straight after the introductory vid...
