My new New Mexico Homepage

Unread post by Polynesia Rail »

http://discovernewmexico.de.tl/

I just made this homepage (Started it one hour ago). It's not very easy to make a homepage, and I still have to work a lot on the homepage... My aim is it to collect street views of New Mexico using Google Maps!
It's 100% legal!
Visit my website please (0!!0)

I only have 3 towns, but I will change that as soon as I can. There are still a few errors on the page (The font is very small), but hey, the page is an hour old!

What do you think? !$th_u$!

That is neat.

I read about doing that in Goggle; but I have never tried to do it.

I have used Goggle to look at my house and other homes I have lived in over the years.
I'm amazed how much has changed in the different cities, where freeways came in and where one of my old houses had burned down. I had a hard time finding my old home on the Oregon Coast, until I learned that some developers bought and tore down the towns only hospital that was across the street from my house. They plan to build an expensive row of Townhouses that overlooked the river Bar and fishing docks. A new hospital was built on less valuable land, elsewhere. The construction of the town-houses are now on hold because of our failing economy.

I think I will have hawk finish my web page so I can do the same thing.
I have a reason for that web page now.

I only have 4 cities, more cities will follow today! (0!!0)
Thanks guys for your nice comments!
But there's a strange problem. When I visit the site and close it, and after some minutes I want to visit it again, the Street Views don't work anymore. Then I have to clear my cookies and temporary files! to make it work!!! *!*!*!

If you turn the view of Santa Fe round 180 degrees, you can see the covered walkway with the arches where they sell stuff on market days. Took me right back!

AlbuQ is one of my favorite cities. Your streetview starts out at about 300 Copper St. NW; if you go east down Copper, it bends to the south and turns into 1st. At about 112 1st St., there's a good view of RRT3's Large Southwest Train Station! I think this is still serving as the Amtrak station.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I don't mean to be mean but, why haven't you shown us the railroad areas of these towns/cities after all, this is a railroad gamers web site forum? **!!!**
Personally, I'd like to see the RR side of each town/city... !*th_up*!

I think your site is pretty cool, too but doesn't have any railroad stuff to look at. **!!!**

Sorry, it's just my opinion... *!*!*!
