Shall we ponder the difficulties of raising Boneless Skinless Chickens now?

The Wife has made a sweet potato pie. And a corn meal pie. Both were quite good. They were by request from some co-workers on a little job we did. They were from Louisiana and and Alabama, a long way from home. They needed and appreciated a little taste from their part of the country.

Why are only concord grapes used for a pie? They must be easier to Peel.
Doesn't the skins contain the more important vitamins?
My dad was stationed in India during the second world war. He said, He often bought aged grape juice in the main village to take back to the top of the mountain where he was stationed. One day he watched the locals with red feet come running though a barn yard, then jumping into a vat full of grapes to stomp out the grape juice. He said, that was the last time he bought their aged grape juice.
