These are not hard to model, no worse than ordinary tank cars, and are good fun, so I think we should have some. I have to do some modifications to the existing tank car pack anyway, to fix some minor bugs, and 8-axle units would fit well in the 1975-1999 era. They didn't exist before the late 1960's and are going out of use now, so 1975-1999 is a good fit for both RT3 model size and historical accuracy.
