Hearts of Iron IV now a train simulator?

So there's a WW2 simulator game called Hearts of Iron IV. I don't play it personally because I still haven't graduated from Hearts of Iron 2 (the semi-official Darkest Hour mod specifically). But apparently last November they released a DLC that revamped the supply system and included trains including using real life locomotives for models. Apparently one of the American ones is the PRR 2-10-0 decopod. I've seen some people joke about how it turned the game into Railroads Tycoon 2 which I thought was pretty funny.

It's not a game I had ever heard of, so I can't give an opinion.
