Don't know myself (someone else will) but I did notice that you appear to have the low-res graphics bug on your box. There's a fix for that, and it works very well.

Note that AFAIK this only runs with the CD version of the game. I'm not sure if it can be made to work with the GoG version. I'm fairly certain the Steam version won't like it at all (Steam is like that ).

I don't recognize the map. Maybe it was created by whomever took the picture? As far as the building types, the most likely is that he hand-placed an assortment of buildings via the editor for the aesthetic. I doubt that he changed the way they function, or swapped models which would constitute a "mod" for me.
