Another old newbie! Unread post

Hi guys! I have returned after a long absence and have had to change my username -it's now Ruth, was grandma ruth before. It's a few years since I was on here and my life has changed drastically. My dear husband Earl died in February last year so I am rebuilding my life as best I can. I don't have as much time as I had for RT and this forum, but I do thank you all for your kind thoughts and good wishes. I won't be able to return to moderating but I will do my best to finish my remaining scenario which I had on Molse's forum before. Look forward to talking to you all in future.

Sorry for your loss - good to hear you're coping alright. I am glad to see some familiar names around here, still, as I am also back from a bit of a hiatus.

Welcome back Ruth. My sympaties go out to you. Things may have changed a lot since you were last here; was Trainmaster on the table before you left? It's a new twist on the whole RT3 game and forces one to rethink one's strategy. Hope all goes well for you and drop by whenever you can. :-D

Wolverine, Lama, good to find you still here! I was around when Trainmaster was being developed - I'm proud to be credited as having helped - but it was quite early days so I'll be interested to see how it's gone on since. I was surprised to find that a friend of mine knows about this forum! Not too many British people on here, what are the odds of actually knowing someone "in real life"?
Hope to be able to spend some time with you all.

Didn't know you before, but best of luck with the rebuilding. My mum had to do the same after Dad died a while back. She's a sensible woman who has a life and doesn't intend to stop having one, but she found the grieving process took a couple of years to fully run its course. After that, things were a lot smoother. !*th_up*!

Thank you Gumboots. I'm trying to do the same as your Mum and I do appreciate your kindness.
By the way, as you can see, Hawk has sorted my account out so I'm now back to where I was! ::!**!

Great to have you back, Grandma :salute:
After Molse's closedown there is no more need for me to translate maps from English into German. :-D
Nevertheless, I'm waiting for the completion of your scenarios.
My best wishes go to you!

You'd be surprised how many people from Germany and other areas in that region register to download maps. ;-)

You can't anymore since I had to start using this new download script.
But if you want to know a count on a certain map, ask me and I'll check it and tell you.

Ok, but these counter values not really important for me.
Maybe you should distribute them every ten years ... in the newpapers ^**lylgh
